We collect only the data that is necessary:

• Contact data that you provide to us (first name, last name, email, phone number, company name, VAT number, address, message) via form, WhatsApp, email or phone
• Management data if you are a customer (clients, interventions, quotes, invoices, documents, photos, payments, etc.)
• Technical browsing data (IP address, device type, pages viewed). No advertising profiling is carried out

3. Purposes of processing

• Respond to your contact, demonstration or quote requests
• Ensure the operation, support and evolution of your management application
• Enable electronic invoicing and compliance with evolving regulations (Peppol, e-invoicing, Verifactu, etc.)
• Comply with our legal obligations (accounting, record retention)
• Improve the website and services (anonymous analytics)

4. Use of your clients’ data

When you use AYLICRÉA, you enter data relating to your own clients. This data remains your exclusive property.

AYLICRÉA is only authorised to use it for:

• electronic invoicing management
• the technical registration of your company with the services required for the proper functioning of electronic invoicing and compliance with evolving regulations

We never use this data for any other purpose and never resell it.

5. External services

AYLICRÉA allows you to connect to external tools in order to centralise and facilitate the management of your professional activity (examples: Sendcloud for parcel shipping, Stripe for online payment management, e-invoicing providers for sending Peppol invoices, AI tools for document correction, etc.).

You are solely responsible for understanding how these third-party tools work. AYLICRÉA is not responsible for the content you send to them, nor for sending it on the correct date. You must correctly enter all invoicing information.

6. Client portal

If you activate a client portal for your own clients, it is exclusively your responsibility to draft and have accepted the terms of use and privacy policy by your end users. AYLICRÉA does not intervene in any way in this relationship.

7. Legal basis

Processing is based on:

• Your consent (contact forms)
• Performance of the contract (if you are a customer)
• Compliance with legal obligations (electronic invoicing, accounting retention)
• Our legitimate interest (service improvement and security)

8. Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold. It may only be processed by technical providers strictly necessary for the operation of the service (hosting, email, electronic invoicing, payment).

These providers are selected for their GDPR compliance and are bound by data processing agreements.

9. Transfers outside the European Union

When data is processed outside the European Union, appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions) are put in place.

10. Data retention

• Contact data: for the time necessary to process your request, then deletion or archiving according to legal obligations
• Management application data: for the entire duration of the contract, then according to the legal accounting retention periods
• Browsing logs: limited duration (generally a few months)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:
